Q: How long will it take for me to get my items?
A: If we have it in stock, it shouldn’t take any more than a week. It’s a long time I know, but this is a one guy operation and I work full-time as well! So just sit tight, if it’s been longer than a week though, feel free to contact me and verbally abuse me for being slack.
With the first run of posters, we cant’ print them out until we get 120 orders. Once we hit 120 orders, a whole bunch of posters will be printed and the supply will be steady. Badges however, are in unlimited supply, so you should get those pretty quickly.

Q: I want to pick up the items, can I do that?
A: I’d really prefer it if I posted it to you. If you’re that desperate to do pickup, I’m based in the western suburbs of Melbourne – send me an email before you order it on the site, if you do want to pickup, it’s easier just for me to take cash.
Q: How are the items being shipped?
A: Good old Australia Post. Just the regular kind, no Express or registered here. The posters come in big mailing tubes, so if there’s no-one home, it will go to the post office, a card will be left and you’ll need to go pick it up. The badges are sent in little envelopes wrapped in bubble wrap. These just get shoved in your mailbox by the postie.
*Q: Damn! $7.50 for shipping? $3 for a badge? You guys are ripping me off!!!
A: That’s how much this stuff costs, plus a little more for my effort. If you don’t like the prices, there ain’t a lot I can do about them – don’t forget, I have Shopify and PayPal fees to cover as well. If you have any ideas on how I can reduce costs whilst still maintaining quality, lemme know.
Q: I really like the designs, who made them?
A: The poster was done by cmyk.designs and the badges by marc – great work guys!
Q: Where do you get your stuff printed or made?
A: For the badges, we use Band Badges. The print stuff is via Express Cards.
Q: I don’t like PayPal and I don’t like direct deposit, is there any other way I can pay you?
A: Nope. It’s PayPal or DD, sorry. PayPal aren’t that evil, trust me.
